| Can you install my screen on a plaster board wall ? |
Yes we can, our installers have a number of fixings suitable for mounting screens on to plaster board walls. Most stud walls have either metal or wood studs we can get a fixing on the stub for extra strenght. All of our brackets are designed to spread the weight of the screen across the wall.

| Do i need a power point behind the tv ? |
No we can run a power lead to the nearest available power point.

| Can my screen be installed on a chimney ? |
Yes we can install on a chimney breast, if the chimney is not in use we can run the cables through the chimney and out of the side. Working fire places defelect the heat and will not cause any damage allowing installation. We do recommend that you consider a tilting wall mount as your screen will be quite high.

| How do you hide my cables |
In a number of ways,

Installed in surface mounted trunking from the screen to your AV equipment.Available in a number of colours,and can be painted if you wish.

Smartview digital can cut a grove in the wall, we will then run your cables down this grove, with a protective capping on top of the cables. Which will stop them getting damaged. We will then fill the chase ready for redecoration.

In the case of plaster board walls we will cut a hole behind the screen and one behind your AV equipment and run the cables between the two. |

| Can you supply cables? |
Yes we carry a wide selection of cables on the vans, we also offer fixed price cable packs.Our installers can also make a number of cables on site.

| How long after site survey will my installation be? |
On our installations that are not fixed price offers, we will carry out a site survey with view to install, this means we will aim to install your plasma at the first visit to minimise any inconvience.If for some reason we can not install that day we will provide you a installation date after the survey.
