Installation Process
We will discuss with you your request and give you our recommendations regarding the screen mounting height, viewing distance and speaker location some waterproof bathroom TVs have seprate speakers which can be mounted in the ceiling of your Waterproof bathroom TV,
Once this is complete Smartview digital will cut the hole in your wall and mount your waterproof TV we can install the waterproof TVs in to most wall types, of walls and can provide a first and second fix service. SmartView digital will run all rquired cables and make good any chasing out that has been required.
All our installations come with a 2 year guarantee.
Future proofing
It is important that, you have taken into consideration any equipment you may want to add to your system in the future. As part of our service we’ll discuss this with you and give our best advice on the types of cables needed to future-proof your system.To avoid the need to remove the waterproof bathroom tv at a later date.
Our Min recommendation for cables to the screen:
1x HDMI V1.3: for all HD ready equipment
2x Cat5: Cat5e can be used for video or audio and control of equipment.
5x Video cables or Component cable.
1x Coax CT100 type: providing an RF loop and Freeview or freesat , can also be used to control SKY if Set top box out of view.
We do provide cable installation packs at a fixed price or you can purchase required individual cables at time of installation.
SmartView Can provide a number of screens from 17" through to 40" most of our screens are HD ready and have freeview tuners built in.
