Freesat HDTV
Subscription-free HD means something a little extra special on top - incredible colour, amazing sound and crystal clear images. So when you're watching live sport it'll feel like you're right there on the sidelines; when you turn on the latest drama you'll feel like you've stepped on to the set.
With freesat you can enjoy HDTV with no contract and no monthly subscription. All you need is a freesat HD digital box connected to an HD Ready TV or a TV with freesat HD built in. You can then enjoy the best of BBC and ITV with amazing HD picture quality.
From music to movies, sport to natural history, HD makes your TV come alive. So when you watch the BBC's Planet Earth in HD you’ll feel like you’re in deep water with those great whites and, as HD is shown in wide screen format, you can turn down the lights, turn up the volume and enjoy a cinematic experience that will take your viewing to another level.

Please note ITV HD is a service, not a channel, and is accessed by pressing the red button when prompted on-screen when watching ITV1.
Freesat Installation Services

All of SmartView Digital freesat installations use only benchmarked CAI approve components where required. Our installers will discuss your dish location and cable runs before installation. If you have an existing dish and cable our installer will ensure that they are in working order and meet the required standards for digital satellite services.
All wall entry holes will be properly sealed against the elements using silicon sealant and appropriate internal/external weather covers.
The downlead cable will be terminated in accordance with the STB specification using a durable ‘F’ type cable connector.
A final assessment of received satellite services (freesat) will be carried out to confirm that the new service is operational to agreed levels following the satellite dish system installation (coverage restrictions apply).
Your freesat decoder will be connected to your television and other required equipment and then set-up. Once this is complete our installer will provide you with a full demo of the service. All our installations come with a one year warranty.
SmartView Digital is a specilised installer and can provide installation solutions where others have refused or cancelled. In this case we offer a site survey with view to install - our installer will access the installation and if it can be completed that day it will, if not we will advise what extra equipment is required and book a date to suit you.
